How I get the Energy and Stamina
for my active lifestyle

Hello, I’m Al Hawkins. Earlier in my career I was able to maintain my health and physical fitness as a result of my demanding work routine and eating well-prepared, balanced meals each day.
In less physically demanding periods, I stayed fit by walking and weekly exercise.

My Early Career

As early as 1966, I had a highly active lifestyle.  In High School, I was a member of the Varsity Swim Team. I entered the US Army and attended the Military Police Academy in 1970, before being assigned to the US European Command in Germany.  Later I worked for the US Coast Guard at locations on the East Coast and Great lakes.  After 21 years of active service, I worked 19 more years as a Military Drill & Ceremony Instructor at a local High School.

Minimally healthy by default:

As with all career military service members, I was required to maintain a high standard of fitness and appearance throughout my career spanning more than 40 years. However, When I saw my doctor each year for a checkup, I frequently had two minor problems - low iron and high cholesterol.

Because I frequently turned to caffeine, chocolate, or pastries for an energy boost - the result was a negative impact on my cholesterol levels. My doctor advised me to cut back on the pastries, red meats and to eat more high-fiber foods like oatmeal. Changing my diet kept my cholesterol in the safe range so I didn't need to take medication, but I still felt low energy and tested with low iron.

When I searched for other options to get energy through nutrition - I found a nationally published nutrition guide that confirms the challenge we all face to eat according to the recommended daily diet:

 * The large amounts of food a person needs to eat each day
 * The many categories of food needed to be properly nourished
 * Our work environments make it nearly impossible to keep all of the recommended foods readily available

Today's Lifestyle:

About three years ago, I started to attend a local fitness center and worked with a personal trainer to help me get more exercise. One of the first things I learned is that it’s very important to have a High Protein Supplement about 30 minutes after a workout. I also wanted a supplement to help me maintain a high level of energy during my workout.

When I had low energy, I needed two to three hours of rest before the end of the day. Now I do very well with 1 hour or less. The best news of all is that my latest Health Report came back with very good results overall including the test for iron.

My latest Health Report came back with very good readings for:

- Cholesterol and Triglycerides
- Hemoglobin
- Glucose
- Sugar
- Potassium
- Calcium
- Sodium

And the list goes on...

What caused this major health improvement?

What I found, was a supplement that's able to give me loads of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. The system takes into account things like age, gender, work environment and health habits - in order to recommend the most needed supplement. I currently have membership a local fitness center where I work with a personal trainer to help me get more exercise.

Today, I'm able to maintain high energy throughout the day, even after a workout. My family and I are able to take progressively longer sailboat cruises in Florida’s Biscayne Bay and the Florida Keys as we build our skill levels in preparation for crossing over to the Caribbean. The energy and stamina needed for our active lifestyle is attainable because we get better nutrition and regular exercise to maintain the level of fitness needed.
